We request for your co-operation and follow the cancellation and return guidelines, terms and conditions to avoid inconvenience. Any refund requests will be entertained on case to case basis.

Our decision on refunds shall be final and binding and stick with all the refund terms and conditions.

Rest in case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, you don't need to pay for the order ,if you found at least any one of the following points are noticed to the delivery partner / retailer at the time of delivery.

* When packaging of the products is either tampered or damaged or ordered products are damaged at the time of receiving delivery.
* Wrong products (different form ordered one) order being delivered.
* Products are missing / Partial delivery.
* Offered products is missing.

Before confirming an order, please read the product description, expiry date, cost of the product carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to clearly read all the details of the product and agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of sales from New Life Sneha Foundation.

New Life Sneha Foundation encourage buyers to returned the product if they found them unsatisfied or does not match to their expectations or damaged products or not fresh in such cases All product return requests have to be initiated at the time of delivery. We encourage you to inspect the order at the time of delivery and accept it only if it is meets your expectation and then confirm on the buyer portal. No return requests will be accepted after the delivery has been accepted and confirmed by the buyers.

You confirm that New Life Sneha Foundation will not be responsible for delivery delays or failure in delivery if incorrect/inadequate delivery information provided by you (customers) while placing an order on buyers portal.
